RelayKit is a multi-tenant B2B video infrastructure platform that provides real-time video, audio, and recording capabilities through APIs, SDKs, and a management dashboard. The Service includes:

The Service offers multiple pricing tiers as displayed on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
Billing cycle: Monthly, starting from the date of subscription. Invoices are generated at the end of each billing period.
Overage: Usage beyond included minutes is billed at the per-minute overage rate for your plan. On the Free plan, new connections are blocked when the minute quota is exceeded.

A "participant minute" is defined as one participant connected to a video room for one minute. Usage is calculated per participant, per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute per session. For example, if 5 participants join a 10-minute meeting, that is 50 participant minutes.
Meeting recordings are stored in the S3-compatible storage configured by the tenant. If no custom storage is configured, recordings are stored in our managed storage. You are responsible for:

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure, or your infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spontom Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
